Shipping is all over the place anymore. Sounds like this isn’t such a good deal when international shipping is factored in.
This is why I have a mail box in the border town of Blaine WA. It is so much easier and cheaper to have things shipped there. I block ship things and go down once per month to check on my motorhome. But in this current situation I am loathe to ship there in case they close the damn border.

I have found shipping from the US is much, much higher than from the UK, France, and Italy.

Shameless plug: I use myus.com to set up a US address to receive my packages. They repack them and send them Fedex or DHL at a reduced rate, usually at least 50% better - less than $25 rather than $40-80.

I don’t know the UK rates, but from my positive experience I recommend them.

Thank you, i know how the post office and customs work, i was just wondering if $37.50 shipping for a $10 mug was normal? It seems excessive...

It should only be $7.85 shipping to Blaine, WA. I just bought one and the shipping to Stinkville, Oregon was $7.85...

Mine arrived yesterday. 12 oz/355 ml soft drink can included in the photo to give a sense of scale. Larger than I expected, M Ware/Marck & Associates replicated the shape of a typical 1940s diner coffee mug pretty well, and the Fedora Lounge logo is cleanly reproduced on both sides. The down side is the ceramic they used--it doesn't keep coffee hot very long. If you like to slam your coffee down almost as soon as it hits the cup you should be fine, but if you like to "nurse" your coffee like me and it takes a while to get a cup down you might have to reheat it in a microwave once or twice.

Came yesterday, sitting with one of my faves Art Fawcett Midnight Seahawk
#2.jpeg

Down side Keurig is set for 10oz brews it full, might be designated for my Amaretto or Scotch rocks.
