Very heavy jacket! Just now starting to show some good signs of break in. I wore it Daly for about 5 months. I had it made specifically to wear in the cold months. Very warm.

The shearling around the collar has some wear on it due to where it pushed up against my neck while in use. Other than that no other wear and tear. In mint condition. Asking $800 but I’m open to possible offers. Pm me if you are interested

They had one almost exactly like this on the sale page this week, for I think 600. It looked like it'd been broken in pretty well. I almost bought it.

It may have been my old one. They made two of these jackets for me because this one was stolen when they had the most recent break in. I sent back the second jacket and exchanged it for this one

There is one difference. I’m pretty sure on the jacket I’m selling the sleeves are 26” long. They fit longer than the jacket sold on aero and 26” sleeves is what I had on the original order.

The one on Aero's sale, it had a P2P of 23", and I just didn't think it'd work for me with the shearling lining, it'd just be too tight on me, which is why I passed on it. The one you have is 22, so an inch in the wrong direction for me, I'm afraid. I really like the design though. I keep missing on shearling lined Aeros. At 600GBP -20%, it was a hell of a bargain, and I should have taken a chance on it, trusting that I could sell it easily if it didn't work out. Oh well.

I have a 40 inch chest and there is to much room even with the shearling lining which is the reason I’m selling it. It’s just a tad to big on me. .

Caber - first off, welcome to Fedora Lounge! Sounds like you are already well versed in some amazing outwear.
Man too bad about this being too big for you! Add two more thin layers and keep it?

But yes, let it go if the fit isn't right. Do you have a non-shearling lined Aero to compare it with? I just wonder how much tighter it is overall as per Guppy's question. It's too small for me, I need a 44 in that style and have one that is corduroy lined, it's my winter-go-to jacket. Perhaps take a tape measure and photograph the ends - such as this one (just for example):



Pit to Pit is a tricky measurement to get right - I may even be off a bit here with this jacket. What is the weight of your Bootlegger?

I use to have a standard size 38 bootlegger fitted with an alpaca wool lining about 4 years ago. It was a perfect fit but I thought it was to short at the time due to my ignorance about how this style jacket should fit. I have a hooch hauler on the way. In short. No. Currently I do not have another jacket to compare it to. Only past experience.

With a hoody on this jacket fits perfect and I may take your advice to keep it for a winter jacket if some one doesn’t nab it quick.

I'm a 42, so I think it's a size to small for me, sadly.
