There is a rule on the board that we aren't suppose to post ebay links because of competition (unless we are selling the item) It is a great piece though. I am watching it just to see how much it takes. The last belt back double breasted with pleated pockets I saw went for $455, it had moth holes and was the same size.

I just realized I did the same thing a week ago. So I apologize for being hypocritical. No worries. It's really because of the classified section. It started on indygear. Fans would try to get indygear on ebay and someone would post that there was an HJ on ebay or whatever and fellow COW members would outbid each other and be too competitive, and it there were awkward times when someone would post the great ebay find and there would be a couple bitter posts that would follow.

So I think when MK made this board he decided to use that wisdom gleaned from the years at COW and apply it here. No harm done, but I need to publically apologize to you for saying that we're not suppose to do that then remember myself that I did it a week ago. So again I apologize.

Actually, I don't think we've set up a rule regarding Ebay links yet. However, it is a fairly good idea in case somebody has spied something that they don't want another person to get.

I posted an ebay link a little over a month ago. It was for an item I had already bid on and won. I hope that was ok.

Ebay links are fine, just make sure they are in the Classifieds. If the auction is over post in anywhere you like.

I don't like seeing the suit and hat section cluttered with ebay links so whenever I see them I move them.

Go ahead and put the link up in classifieds.
