Last Friday was brutal. I can’t deal with -14C. My hands froze. My balls shrank. And I don’t like that lol.

The temp picked up today, eh? But they said it’s gonna snow next week. I hope they start salting the streets now. Feel like the COV didn’t learn from what happened last year.

One bit of snow and the whole city goes haywire.
Yeah last Friday was pretty brutal, very uncommon in Vancouver. I haven’t been wearing leather all week. Haha. It has been down jacket for me recently.

Morning commute is gonna get interesting this week with the flurries in the forecast.

I was going Westbound last Thursday so I was against traffic but Eastbound was very bad. Lots of horror stories getting across the second narrows…

Yeah it's been pretty miserable out here in the prairies. The N3-B isn't a fashion statement around here, it's a mandatory item.
Tell me about it! I received one for my birthday last year, and I've gotten a lot of mileage out of it so far this year!

This past weekend, i was fly fishing in 15 degree weather with wind chill of -9, for 5 hours. Waded into a local river. Fantastic day for fishing. I can't imagine how some of the guys up north doing steelhead fishing in negative temps.

Might seem a bit insane to be posting in this thread on June 10th but on wake up this morning here in south southern Ontario our temperature was 10C and it managed to climb up to a high of 14C around noon. We actually turned the heat on in the house this afternoon. We should be wearing shorts with all the windows open enjoying the heat and sun. Although today was freakishly cold for June, the weather has been in the mid-teens for several days. Fun times!

Low temperatures in the UK at present, warm when the sun is out but as soon as it clouds over Winter coats go back on. Lots of people are also turning their home heating on at times..very unseasonal..had our summer 8th and 9th of May

Our local temperature was -15C this morning on wake-up and is projected to drop further to -19C overnight. I went for a walk in the early afternoon and despite being properly dressed I felt like I was wearing a bikini; by contrast, yesterday I felt fine. We are getting lake-effect snow today, so that's the impact of "wet cold" versus yesterday's "dry cold." This will help kill invasive species, which would be a good thing.

It was -12F in eastern Iowa this morning, which is around -24.4C. Certainly not the coldest I have been in, but it still gets you pumped for using the Sauna at the gym before, during & after your work out. Just a good walk in that sort of temperature must burn a lot of calories. Plus like was stated above, does kill off undesirable bugs.

All I know is that another week of this and the Hudson River will be froze enough for me to walk from Troy to Watervliet. It was single digits here last night.
