I couldn't find my pic of the cigarette girl outfit I had -- sorry. Apparently, I deleted the photo.

However, if it helps, my outfit was just like the one two posts above this one, except my outfit had a neckline that went up to the neck and was trimmed in white lace. The rest of the outfit was identical, except the sleeve ends were also white lace, not fabric as shown in the picture.

The Deanna Durbin film, "It Started With Eve" has a scene with one near the latter half.

This is modern, but the main female character in Idlewild is a cigarette girl (she drops her cigarettes all over the floor when meeting Patti LaBelle's character). I can't remember what her outfit looks like offhand though.

When you go to the theatre sometimes they have 'ice cream girls' with very similar trays full of little ice creams
