33% import tax on goods over 150eur here in Estonia, nothing to rejoice about :D
Ah yes, there's still taxes and also the duties to pay, but at least it's not 150% (or whatever the number is now or will be tomorrow), which is what I was referring to.

What would be great is if Tailor Brando would simply acknowledge the different brands, as I was looking at what models I'm interested in and just zooming into the labels to see who was the actual maker.

Which one are you eyeing? I love your Hooch Hauler.
I was considering one of the J-24s from Dylan, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for - I'll go with a custom Rugged West J-24 over a stock one by Veluokldly from Dylan for now and resist the temptation of cheap goods. In no way am I judging others who go for this Chinese stuff and are often rather pleased with the result, but I'm too nervous to buy this stuff, both for ethical reasons and because I'd rather have fewer better things.

Well if you talk to Dylan he can answer most of your questions even if not all - he does have an inherently sketchy business to run after all. Dylan made a great impression on me and I think he is a very valuable middleman within his power/limits.

How can you contact him? Chat feature in the website or over some email? The website is kinda barebones, like the contact links just redirect to the Search function.

For example, this jacket and this jacket look pretty much identical, one is clearly from Veluokldly but the other has no picture of the maker... And there's a steep price difference, so it would be good to ask him for further details.

If the Veluokldly J-24 you would've received is like mine, you probably dodged a bullet by not pulling the trigger.... ;) While overall a nicely patterned / constructed jacket of decent leather for the $$, one of the sleeve zips tightens adequately, but not as much as I'd like, and the other a bit looser than that.... Not really noticeable while worn, and exhibits visible taper, but just do not tighten enough around the wrists for my liking... I assume going with the custom Rugged West will eliminate the possibility of such an issue?

The jacket fits me quite well in the shoulders / chest / sleeve length, but like most jackets of this style currently manufactured, has a longer back length than I prefer (24" for my height). However, it does work well with my lower-cut jeans, so I do enjoy wearing it once in awhile regardless.... :)
