Lovely looking jacket, pity it's so small. Seller has listed it as a Large, though with jacket chest measuring 42", I'd say it's a Size 38 to maybe a very slim Size 40.... more what I'd call the small end of medium. Pity.... had it been 6" bigger I'd have been all over it! Definitely a deal for somebody.

Well, if it was vintage there might be enough seam allowance to get some decent length sleeves out of it. But as it is modern ... :(

There is a decent possibility that he messed up the measurements. If the jacket is actually labelled a large, well, we'd have to check a calvin klein sizing chart, or assume it's mislabeled.

The jacket isn't labeled a large, a medium, or a small. The seller clearly states that it has no size tag whatsoever.

With the ambiguity regarding sizing, I asked the seller for the jacket's waist measurement. He replied that it's 40", which makes it too big for me. Perhaps it's about a size 40 - 42?

I wouldn't mind if the waist is about a size or two too wide... as it is a fairly modern jacket it lacks the typical nipped waist (as can be seen by the rear view).
By taking in the waist it will be more close to the 30's style.
