Cane

Good evening Gents.
I have aquired this cane with a silver handle and tip, wondering if anyone can decipher the hallmark for me, have tried with failure.

The cane is made of bamboo .

From what I can see I would say silver hallmarked in London but the year I can't figure out.

Yes, many thanks, the London bit I did get and the TD bit is the makers initials, however the rest is gobbledegook !

Thanks for the chart, Thomas Dicks is the maker but seriously having difficulty working out the rest, wondering if any members do this as a hobby or a living that can shed some light on it.
