Not Katy Perry, but good try...Once you get her name and look up more of her pictures (as I've done but can't remember her name) you'd notice she looks completely different, this isn't a good picture of what she really looks like... however I save'd it because I really liked it, I LOVE HER NATURAL BEAUTY

I googled the file name and got this link. I suspect she's actually a French lingerie model. There's also some sort of connection to Collants Lingerie. You might try chasing that name down.

When I say tights, I mean pantyhose, they are the same thing to me. But my point was that it's not a lingerie brand, it's just a phrase, like 'Lingerie and hosiery'.
