It's a made up label to have a somewhat miliary appearance. ..but definately a civilian jacket.

But how do you know so for sure?

Because I have seen the labels in the various official U.S. military issued jackets..and the label in this jacket looks nothing like them. However..it does look like several civilian jackets that have been on the market attempting to somewhat pose as a military item.
