Cafe Racer Collar Dilemma

I am not familiar enough with Aero to know "Clairvaux's". Mark sent me this pic of the Dirt Rider to show they could do the Mandarin Collar I wanted.
I am going Ace Cafe Racer with this collar, sigle breat pocket and a plain back ( unless someone says its too hard to ride with the plain back?).

Now that example of the J100 is a beautiful jacket in my estimation. I would prefer handwarmers..but it is a nice clean look. Nice hide...and the fit looks great.
