Hi, are you sure about the P2P measurement? Usually Buzz Rickson's B-10 in size 42 seem to be 24 inches P2P.
If this applies here, I might be tempted to buy...

Thanks ,got the tape out and measured properly and it’s just over the 23in,,wish it was 24 but I cannot tell a lie
