Buzz Rickson A2 Size Advice

Hi Guys, new here and getting into the world of leather jackets. I just came back from Japan where I bought a Buzz Rickson Roughwear A2 in size 38. I'm about 5'8" fairly slim and 140lbs and I'm wondering if this looks too big? The arms are a bit roomy, torso feels snug when zipped up. My Buzz Rickson peacoat is a 36 that fits really nicely but when I tried on the A2 in size 36 I believe the arms were too short. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Looking forward to learning more about this world.
