- factory store reject marked sweatband, dated Dec 19, 1951
- identical to a hat I already sold that still had the factory model sticker marked "State"
- crown 6", brim 2 11/16", brim binding 3/8", ribbon 1 1/2"
- length 8" x width 6 3/4" = 23.25" approx. measured circumference
- actual fit on my 7 1/4 regular noggin is loose; I'd say this is just between a 7 1/4 and 7 3/8

Thank you. But you know how it is. There is always something out there that just needs be in your rotation. The light blue Stetson in post #18 is one of those. I'm hoping someone buys it so I can get some restful sleep. As I said it is haunting my dreams. If it was the correct size it would already be mine.

- crown 5", brim 2", brim binding 3/16", ribbon 2", length 8" x width 6 3/4" = 23.25" approx. circumference
- two moth marks underside of brim
- sweatband is very soft

9. Gimbels, chocolate brown, mid ribbon (playboy style), bound brim, size 7 1/8
- crown 5 1/2", brim 2 3/8", brim binding 3/16", ribbon 3/4", length 7 3/4" x width 6 1/2" = 22.47" approx circumference
- has a 3/8" slice in the felt of the crown (see pics). It only shows when doing a front pinch. I think glueing a piece of
felt inside the crown would allow a front pinch without the slice showing. I'll include some felt for that purpose
