Condition: Gently used, no more than 5 times. All leather tassels are intact, and the leather has not yet been broken in. Includes the original wooden hanger from The Real McCoys.

This is undoubtedly one of the best biker jackets available, with leather quality unmatched by any other jacket on the market, and attention to detail that is simply stunning. I’ve tried to capture all the details in the pictures.

About the Jacket: All of The Real McCoy’s flagship leather jackets are crafted at their headquarters in Kobe, Japan. The process begins with custom-tanned horsehide, carefully cut to avoid any thin or damaged areas, reflecting their commitment to creating a jacket that will endure for generations. A single highly skilled craftsman assembles each jacket from start to finish, moving from one station to the next.

The J-24 is a reproduction of a classic 1950s Buco jacket, made from vegetable-tanned, pigment-finished horsehide. The leather features a brown core with a black finish, revealing a brown hue in high-wear areas.

The Talon zippers are meticulous reproductions of the revolutionary zippers found on the original jacket, while the quilted nylon lining remains faithful to the original design.

  • Black finish over brown vegetable-tanned horsehide leather
  • Quilted nylon lining
  • Talon brass zippers
  • Two rear pockets
  • Front snap pocket
  • Leather tassels on the sleeve and back zippers
  • Model BJ9111
  • Made in Kobe, Japan
I'm looking for $1600 Shipped

The post I removed was taken down to clarify some details, and the follow-up post was to provide a more accurate description of a different jacket I have for sale.
I think the real confusion is why it was the same as a post on fb marketplace that's over a year old. Just want to point out any flags that might spook people since assuming you're not trying to scam anyone, it's good to be able to clarify stuff and help with your sale!

The Facebook Marketplace post is EXACTLY the same post that this guy Sherin_1 withdrew from TFL classifieds. I'm the one who posted a criticism of that classifieds post saying the description did not match the photos. Once Sherin_1 withdrew the post, I deleted my comment because I didn't want to make him look bad. I thought, "okay, he made a legit error, it's possible English is not his first language or something."

Turns out I should have kept my comment up as evidence. This FB marketplace post is the EXACT same thing that Sherin_1 posted right down to the same photos and same mismatch with the description.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION would be my best advice here as well.

Yeah, hope to be wrong and give people the benefit of the doubt but this one smells off!

Also I'm pretty sure the photos are all screen captures which is never a good sign...
