Borsalinos with Celled Paper Labels

Hello everyone.
I would like to show you a size label and I would love to know a little more, if possible, about the time period of this hat.
This is a wonderful Borsalino Giuseppe roulé "Sanpuccini" model, French market, from the 1920s. It has the little red size label glued on the sweatband and a completely handwritten size label inside.
Since the couple "red size label glued on the sweatband/stamped writings on the size label" normally indicates a Borsalino Giuseppe hat produced in the second half of the 1920s, as we have observed on the other hats, I would like to know if, in your opinion, this one with the completely handwritten size label could be same age or older, like first half of the 1920s.
