Borsalino Homburg Reblock Needed...

I've got a nice vintage Borsalino Homburg that came into my possession awhile back and I'm thinking about getting it reblocked/resized. It's a Punti 5 1/2 and is a bit tight on my 7 3/8 LO head. Felt has a slight "crinkle" line along the front, perhaps from improper storage at some point over the years. Within the felt, this "crinkle" is hardly noticeable...it is more pronounced in the grosgrain ribbon. Other than that, the Extra Extra Qualitae Superiore felt is in excellent condition, as is the sweat (although I realize going up a size might negate the use of the original sweat). I've been thinking about sending it to Optimo to get their take on a reblock into a 7 3/8 LO and I'm hoping that "crinkle" in the felt will go away completely. Any thumbs up for Optimo's reblocking services or recommendations for others?
