Do the Clinch's fit as narrow/low volume as the Standard & Strange fit guide makes it seem? I think my feet will be too high volume for their last.

Yes the Cn last is really narrow. They have a CN wide last as well but is still pretty narrow

I’d say if you’re high volume or instep they won’t work. Additionally, the CN last(vs wide) I personally feel isn’t for E width feet. You’d probably end up sizing too far up and throwing off your HTB alignment
