I listen the soundtrack a lot. If you decide to buy it online, go to http://vincegiordano.com/music and get it from the guy who not only plays the band leader in the show (he's the one playing the crazy violin with the trumpet horn attached), but also advises on period music for the soundtrack. You won't go wrong picking up any of the Nighthawks CDs while you're at it. I recommend "Cheek to Cheek" and "Cotton Club revisited"

Seconded! Its a great soundtrack and Giordano's other CDs are very well worth getting.
