Brand New with tags. I have two jackets, one in 2XL and one in 3XL, but to me their sizes indicate much smaller than tagged. See measurements below. I feel like the 2XL is closer to a L-XL and 3XL closer to an XL-2XL, depending on desired fit and layerability. I can provide more pictures on request.
