Boy am I glad I scored on the water challenge, because I was a sickie sickie bear this week, down for the count with a power virus....so the most exercise I got was reaching over to the bedside table to grab a tissue! :)

What was interesting too, is that I craved junk all week---pizza, french fries....must have been a "comfort food" thang. And even though I did give in to these desires (hehe) I made sure to make healthier choices....like having veggie pizza with light cheese, or a garden burger instead of a bacon cheeseburger to go with those fries...and I skipped the fry sauce, which is unheard of! :) AND I had a 104 oz. of water each and every day.

Baby steps, man, baby steps.
I still have the sniffles a full week later, but I plan on doing some stretches today and hot yoga tomorrow.

Have a great week ladies!!!:D Looks like some real changes are taking place! Those inches are melting away!

i had one last week.
i was quite impressed with how restrained i was. i had tandori chicken, which is dry so no bad sauce and 1/2 portion of boiled rice and 1/2 a naan.

Wow, I'm impressed! I'm afraid I wasnt as good as you....I'm rather partial to a good korma - not the most healthy option available! lol

I usually exercise more but the last few days have been fashion week, which is the busiest time of the year for me, and its been my TOM. Hopefully my weight will gone down again for next week once I am no longer bloated and back to my more intense exercise- and once I'm not drinking an insane amount of booze as part of my job (thank God I'm running all over the city all day to make up for it).
