I don't know if there is a best/specific time to buy new undergarments other than if they are having a good sale. For the most part I buy new underwear when my current Knickers are worn out.

In my opinion, you should check when the online stores have sales. At least that’s what I do. I found that lingerie sets can be pretty expensive, and usually I find very nice deals in July or January. It’s the midseason seals, so I know brands have a very big sale going on. Also, I read different tips and reviews from customers that already purchased a particular item that I want, so I make an informed decision before buying the actual product. Depends what type of undies your after.? Is it for a young person? or is it for a girl in her twenties, or thirties. Again what colour or colours are you after .If you are after good quality undies try looking up a UK site named Marks & Spencer, I use them, great shop for knickers and bra's
