New haircut on Tuesday. At least in my experience, side bangs are way overrated as far as wear goes. I've got over the brow, not too wide, not too thick bangs with uneven ends. I think it's more flattering to my face. A bit like the bangs I had when I joined FL and though I've never described them to a hairdresser before, it's the bangs style I always return to. They're also the easiest to grow out without ruining the whole style. They're wash and air dry, I don't care which direction they blow in, when I come in I can just shake my fingers through them if I care, they just mind themselves if I'm indoor.
I think I might actually be able to roll them around a small diameter roller if I really want to change them for a day which was always the hardest thing with side bangs.
Accepting that I'm happiest with my hair when it's well conditioned and cared for so hair care products is where I place my money.
Accepting my skin condition and placing the largest amount of money and care on my skin!
Just a little more money and time spent on my skin and hair makes every day easier and I don't actually have to obsess over the state of my hair or condition of my skin through the day like I used to.
Just allowing myself to do something for myself that doesn't benefit anyone else.
Quitting most things that aren't good for my health. It's not a loss, it's a gain when my body, skin, tinnitus etc. is improved or at least not worsened.
I need to be comfortable and any small change can bring on big comfort benefits in my experience.
