Aero has a few nice original m-422s at good prices at the moment.

That would be an interesting option if the jacket was contemporaneous to the patches, though TBH unless there were already stitch holes there I'm not sure I'd feel quite comfortable putting them in an original jacket, as opposed to a repro.
