The more I think about this, the more I would recommend Langlitz. If he gets it in goat, it will be an easy wear from day 1. I don't think the Aero MC jackets would be feasible in that sizing, and might prove restrictive. The A2, may be comfortable, but I wouldn't trust one in a spill, or in anything other than perfect riding weather. A made in the USA icon would suit the Harley with a great MC heritage behind it. Ross Langlitz son in law, Dave Hanson ran the business for many years, and is a similar size to your mate. Get something that is made to ride in. Then he can grab an A2 or a Highwayman to go to the pub in. An A2 just doesn't cut it on the bike as far I'm concerned. I will be interested to see what he comes up with.
