Bespoke Suits (1930s Style)

Nobody can reproduce vintage summer cloth, or even recreate vintage all round cloth. However, I do want a suit with an action back and is cut to give me enough maneuverability without being boxy. I'm a fat guy, and I still have a lot of weight to lose, but I really want to know: are there any Bespoke or MTM tailors that can produce what Matt Deckard gets to wear?
