I like to wear them Rosie the Riveter style, but the back of my head is really flat and they just won't stay put, even if I cover the inner surface with hairspray and bobby pin at the sides. I also have a low hairline at the back so I always end up with all those fuzzy bits of neck hair sticking out the bottom as the scarf rides up the back of my head... any tips?!!

I was in bandana wearing oblivion, until one day last week a got pretty much made fun of by my teacher for wearing it. So, I ask you all here... does it look bad to wear a bandana on the head for a casual look? I always thought it was kind of fun and vintage-y, you know, woman goes to work in the factory kind of thing. Now I just feel really self-conscious in general... what else am I doing that is making me look like a freak... is my red lipstick viewed the same way?
Arg.

One is a beach scene, and the rest are like the travel-map-tablecloth-style.
All vintage/retro looking.
Here's a couple pics so you can see. The maps were mostly of Florida, and one was of New England.
Aren't they super cute?!
