B-3 softening

It is quite possible that this was answered before,

but

Does anyone know how to soften a stiff B-3 original?
The sleeves in particular have been giving me the devil

I recommend that you wear it.

A light coat of Pecards will help, but wearing it providing its robust enough, will certainly help.
