Every day.

Hi to all,
I wear my fedora everyday.
Since I've met you never I go out without a hat on me.
In these days I'm wearing a stetson ex cowboyhat in light colour, sometimes my wonderful OR (it's the best).
Now,I'm waiting for my PB Optimo Montecristi.....how is it,BOB?
Untill the 29 may I'll wear felt hats.
Best regards to all.
Riccardo.

I am not sure when this picture was taken, but the Fedora Lounge does have a big weekend long get-together yearly at the Queen Mary. The QM is permenantly docked at Long Beach in California and is used as a large hotel and as the Fedora Lounge convention site. The FL has a variety of events and the Indiana Jones fans from the Club Obi Wan web site Pair Up to this convention. So if you can make it you'll get to see a lot of vintage being worn there. They'll list info in the events section.:fedora: :cheers1:

I wear mine everyday, everywhere. The only exception is that I won't wear one on a raid or while executing a warrant. Otherwise, as soon as the vest comes off, the hat goes on.

Yes, this was Sunday morning after the Queen Mary Summit this past November. What a great weekend!

Are you gonna make a gathering like that in Europe? West coast of US is kinda far away from where I live.

And vice versa! I'm sure there would be some interest amongst other European members. Sounds like you'll have some work to do setting that up, Qwerty!

But don't forget your hat!

I never, ever leave home without a hat and for a very good reason: I am, alas, seriously folically challenged. In fact, I'm starting to make Bruce Willis look like Fabio. So I don't consider hats an affectation or a statement, I consider them a necessity. Some of my in-laws, who are all farmers in the Midwest, are tragically dealing with skin cancer because they don't wear hats with brims, only ballcaps, which protect their noses but nothing else.

inside, outside really what does it matter? Some hats I have are indoor hats that I would never wear outside. There are other hats that I don't wear indoors and of course there is an etiquette for wearing hats, both inside and out. Personally, I have some strange quirks. I have reading hats, smoking acts, walking hats, many different hats from many different occasions.
