Greg - try using the menu option (three vertical dots) at the upper right of the screen. That should give you a list of options including Refresh, Reply, Share, Web View and Copy URL. If you use the Reply option it should allow you to add a pic to your posts.

I have a early 50's stetson fedora ,light grey 3x beaver that is great shape, except it has now got rust colored stains all over it.
It's been in the box for many years and was not stained when put away. Has anyone seen similar stains and could suggest which cleaning method would work best in this case.
I will try to include picture of hat.

Dave, I had a Stetson with a few spots similar to those on your hat. Mine were lighter in color and there were only 3 or 4. I cleaned them by giving the hat a naptha bath. Not sure if it will work on your hat or not. I would suggest soaking the hat in naptha and also using a good brush and scrubbing all of the felt with the naptha.
Please search the hats section for the naptha cleaning threads and read the warnings. This stuff is extremely flammable and also linked to cancer. Use at your own risk.

Thanks for the advice. I think that it may need pro help as I am not willing to risk the naptha treatment on it yet.

New in town - new question. I've come across a hat in photos from the 1870's to the 1890's. It looks a bit like a sort of Homburg but with a wider brim (see photos: one is signed and dated 1883; the other is a photo of C.H.Spurgeon in London who died in 1892). Does anyone recognize this hat? Does it have a name? Is there anything like it being made anymore?

Kind of looks like a Homburg variant. I think the brims are usually shaped a little differently, these days.

Well, since fedoras were "invented" in 1882, this hat would pre-date it, right? Here is a page of old hat ads:

The hat in the photos appears in an ad on that page for "The Hatters Gazette." Don't know what you'd call it, but it appears to be one of the standard, pre-fedora designs.
