Artie's birthday today

As you may know, I love the music of Artie Shaw like many of you folk. Well, my beautiful wife just had a new baby boy today only a few hours ago. His name is:

Artie

His first names are Arthur Leland* but he will be called Artie ("Ar'dee").







*I kid you not but this is after Ellroy's Leland "Buzz" Meeks.... lol

Aw, what a beautiful bambino. And look at his proud Dad and beautiful glowing Mom. It's moments like this that you realize that there is someone up above looking over you. Congratulations.

Heartiest congratulations. Now you must make sure he gets exposed to LOTS of Biig Band music, but be careful not to OVEREXPOSE him, so as to make him OD on it. Tricky business. Then at the exact right moment stick a clarinet in his hand. Possibly feeding him lots of licorice may help the process.
