This is my 4th Dualist. It arrived yesterday. Wheat Milan with Sunset color beaver felt. Art didn't have the sunset in rabbit so he used beaver.

This Art Fawcett Milan arrived today. It's basically the "Landman" with a wider 3" brim and a custom ribbon treatment. The ribbon treatment is what I did to a Stetson a couple of years ago. I liked it so much I did the same to this straw. This wheat color golden hue is fantastic.

Wore this to work last night. It's the first time wearing it. Wishing I had gone with a bit taller crown but still a very nice hat.

This bleached Milan arrived yesterday. Kinda sad as it will most likely be my last Art Fawcett. That makes seven custom beavers, four Dualists, and four custom straws. And that doesn't count the refurbishments VS has done for me. Of course I say it's my last. There is still some time left..... If this bleached Milan does end up being the last; I picked a good one to finish on. Tall crown, wide brim, and the pug - love everything about this!

I bought this Semi-Calado Montecristi from Wilbur Willis aka @oneterrifichog several weeks ago. It was originally bought from Art Fawcett several years ago. You can barely make out the VS Custom Crafted Hats embossing on the sweatband. Open, the crown is over 5" with a 3 3/4" brim. It came with both the pugs shown. The one on the hat is a emerald green.

I sent it off to Art to be re-blocked and flanged. I decided to have the brim curled a bit to help stabilize it. (I think I may curl it some more but am not sure as yet.) I had Art add the ribbon. It is a mid-width gray with a purple accent on the knot. It was a 7 3/8 and I'm just under a 7 1/4 so Art replaced the sweatband and sized accordingly. He also changed it from the center dent to a teardrop.

I received it yesterday and couldn't wait. So, I wore it to work last night (Friday).

Probably my new most favorite straw hat Bill. The brim curl really enhances an already outstanding hat even more. I wish i owned that hat. All my others could go away.
