I didn’t realize that the Milan’s from Art could be had in different colors. I thought they were all the wheat color.

Neither did I. I was looking all over for a navy straw, but it was only after wasting money on a Tesi Sisal that looks terrible on me due to the taper that I thought of Art and said to myself,"Can't hurt to ask."I didn’t realize that the Milans from Art could be had in different colors. This arrived today. 'Bout Midnight with a 2 7/8" brim and 1 1/2" light steel ribbon with an accent. The color, which is cabernet, does not photograph well on my kitchen counter. I will be wearing it this Sunday and will get some pictures in natural light. I thought this would make a good Valentine & Christmas hat. While I still think that is true I can tell it will be a "night out on the town" hat. This fedora has attitude! Love it.

Not a perfect match but very close.Wow, what a show-stopper. Does the color of the accent stripe in the knot of the bow (Art's signature design) match the cabernet felt? I can't quite tell from my computer monitor.

Thank you Bowen. That’s high praise coming from you.Bill that is a gorgeous hat!
I’m always impressed by the color palettes you commission and the ribbon contrasts.
The ribbon on this one really brings it together.
I look forward to seeing it in natural light.

Bill you are way to kind.Thank you Bowen. That’s high praise coming from you.
Great minds think alike. I have some thoughts...Bill you are way to kind.
I was just thinking how cool it would be if you were to do some nice photo shots of your Dress Blues, this Cabernet (kinda Scarlet) and the White Straw. All are VS Art..work and would be stunning.
Just a thought.
Thanks. Bowen
Actually the “Dress Blues” is Esther Weis.Bill you are way to kind.
