A 48R is almost impossible in vintage clothes. You CAN Mm, it just takes time to find it, then enough money to buy it.. It helps in vintage to be small also. Most of my life I was 36 to 38 reg so I could find a lot of good quality suits and I'm sure Rabbit is in that neighborhood. Bigger guys have it rougher
I think you're right Art. I know when I was 165 pounds I sure had an easier time finding nice clothes...
LOL, I might reach that when I grow up Charlie, maybe. My "working weight" in the masonry years was 130 lb and I've now ballooned to 150
Noted. I get the concept, but I'm not familiar with the term band block yet. Pic please...to all you guys ordering a VS hat ... I highly recommend having Art make you your custom band block .
It will not only keep your VS in perfect shape and have it fit your head like a glove every time you put it on ... but will take all of your other hats and make them the exact shape of your head.
Very much worth the few dollars

+1Happy birthday, Art! Thanks for all the great hats!
I would like four or five of these. Very nice! One of the best hat investments you can make - I have mine in one of my hats all the time.
I think Art will make one for you, even if you don't buy one of his hats.
Here's a band block in action. It's the exact size/shape of my head.
to you the same uncle CharlieAnd a Good Morning to you, Moon.
