I'll be wearing my Open Road tomorrow. Silverbelly makes for a nice transition from summer to fall in my opinion....

Open road for me too....I wear felt most of the time anyway.I sweat in straw just as much as felt.When it's hot it doesn't matter what kind of hat you have on,it's for shade.

Depends on the weather

Well,I wore a felt yesterday but I'll probably be in a straw today. The weather in Texas is unpredictable. I may be wearing a panama on Christmas Eve.

I've got a couple of straws that I like, but I always look forward to the arrival of cooler weather so that I can get out my felts. As soon as temperatures start dropping, I break 'em out. That happened a week or two ago here, and I'm glad to be wearing felt again.

This past few days in South Georgia...

I hunted in temps up in the 90's wearing my Campdraft.
No more warmer than my straw, vented western that I could tell.
