Anyone Else Been Unable to Get Ahold of Bill Kelso? Are They Still on Vacation?

[Riku]

I exchanged several emails with the incredibly helpful Bill Kelso rep Pete.

Then no response to verify customizations.

Odd that a business would go radio silent right when you're ready to pay it for an order.

Bill Kelso's website FAQs state that they go on holiday in August. Are they still on summer vacation?

I will message them again next month.

You should ask the folks at VLJ. They order a lot from Bill Kelso.

Communication with BK just isn't good. That said, they'll get back to you if you keep emailing.

At least you have not paid yet.
Is there some way to physically call them? Could be a better option.

They are a small custom workshop, so when Pete and the craftsmen go on vacation, work on orders practically grinds to a halt, and emails sit in the queue for weeks. Don't worry this is standard for them; they haven't disappeared and will definitely reply as soon as they return to work and start sorting through their messages. After all, it’s better to take your time getting the details of your leather jacket customization right than to end up with a jacket that doesn't fit. While you wait for feedback and have some spare time, you could check out compare high-percentage bonus terms for some great relaxation and leisure. Try writing to them again in September; they usually respond quickly once they’re back from their break.

Which specific jacket model are you ordering—the A2 or one of the civilian styles?
