Everything you ever wanted to know about these can be found here, and you can even find some NIB, NOS, or fully refurbished ones to purchase here and, of course, eBay.

My own collection:

3252721-001.jpg

The classic IBM 1391401 Model M.

0442812-001.jpg

The 1391401 equivalent, but rubber dome (non-clicky) - The IBM 71G4644 Model M.

82G3281-001.jpg

The 1391401 equivalent, but with integrated trackpoint & mouse buttons - The rare IBM 92G7461 Model M13.

06H4173-001.jpg

The 1391401 equivalent, but with integrated trackpoint & mouse buttons - The even rarer industrial drab IBM 06H4173 Model M13.

5054921-001.jpg

The highly sought-after 84-key space saver model IBM 1397681 Model M.

1943-001.jpg

One of the rarest you can find; the 1391401 equivalent, but with integrated trackball and mouse buttons, the IBM 1370478 Model M5-1.

Beautiful collection, but I think we're getting a little far afield here.

This may be better suited for a computer forum or some such thing.

I'll leave it up for people to see.
