Did a good job though, fits good and kept me warm in the cab

fftopic: Yes indeed ! Cool cap you are wearing there Mike - can I ask where you got it ? I bought a so called 'Gatsby' cap from a well known London hatter in Jermyn Street but it was disappointing - more like something Fred Dibnah would have worn !lol

I love my cap!

Got it from Miller Hats about 5 years ago, and pretty happy with it now it's well and truely worn in. Got another in the same style from Miller about two years ago, and it's so bad I never wear it! Can't put my finger on what's wrong with it, but it basically doesn't sit right, the sides seem to curl below the peak, and make the cap 'tall' rather than 'flat'. Also not so well made IMHO, I wont be buying from them again.
Look up the B-Wear thread in the hats section, there's a ton of stuff in there.
Seems a very hit and miss affair, as you've found out Silhouette! Keep hunting though. I'm still looking for my perfect flat cap
