I going to order a cafe racer jacket from Aero.
I hope some of you gentlemen can give me some advice on the sizing issue.

Here are my stats:

Height: 6'4"
Weight: 192 lbs
Chest: 43 inch
Waist above navel: 32 inch
Pant waistline: 33,5 inch
Arm length: 26,5 inch
Shoulder-to-shoulder: 20,5 inch

As you can see from the numbers I have a much wider chest compared to my relatively narrow waist.
I would like the jacket to fit rather trim.

Thank you for any advice in advance!

Isn't that a question for the experts? Aero. As a tall person my only comment would be make sure you know where you want the jacket to end in terms of your belt line. That bit is personal preference.

I'm 6'-4", 220. 48 chest and a 40 waist - both measured numbers, not size tags.
Just stress the difference with Amanda @ Aero. If you want a tight waist, tell her.

By any chance a Cafe Racer in your closet? :) Or something similar...
I will soon enough. I sold off my biker jackets a few years back, so none today.I do like them shorter though - because I DO ride in them. Short torso and long sleeves. If it's just for wearing around, then you don't have to worry so much...

I had a cafe racer custom made for my by Johnson Leathers in San Fran. Comparable in quality to Aero. I got mine with a back length of 27 inches. I'm 2 inches shorter than you. Buco, Brooks and Brimaco cafe racers were all longer styles (27-28 inches). My Schott cafe racer has a back length of 28 inches which looks right to me too.
