I'm trying to imagine how one makes a hat brim like this. If you just bind the brim and then fold it over to make the overwelt the ribbon should wrinkle. Must be pencil rolled, then bound with ribbon, then flattened, and finally sewn down. Unless I'm missing something, that seems like a labor intensive brim treatment. It definitely looks good, though!
