The pants!...yes, well they are ex RAAF from the 80's....no B-17 wrenchwork has been done in them but they are rather grimed from pulling the mustang apart- the 1968 fastback mustang...

Grayland, when it goes back together, it will stand out - still building an engine for it at the moment - 302 Mexican Shelby block. It's current color of "faded dirt" will change, to what I am still unsure. About to purchase a set of British 15X8 minilites from our friends in the UK, which may mean wheel-arch work.... as usual, the project stretches into the future.
And I hope our Austrian friend Lungomare's jacket makes it to Austria and not all the way down here...it wouldn't be the first time though! Our postal service has got worse, I have sent several parcels to the US in the last year that have been posted straight back to my address instead of the intended recipient's....what part of "TO" don't they get?
My B-6, as I said, is becoming more and more comfy by the day, but does anyone know if this Pecards I hear of is available Downunder?

I once queried the postage price from a US customer for a jacket, the emails went like this.

Me: "What price to post to the UK please"

Seller: " Is that UK England or Ukraine , I do not sell to Ukraine Russia"

Ukrainians would be very pleased to know they are still part of the Soviet Union:eeek:

;)

My jacket arrived today. So it was just a typing error - Australia.

Kind regards,

Johannes

Bloody nice B-6 Mk Vb. You'll get a ton of use with it here in Melbourne. Bet you're even wearing it today, definitely cool enough.

Cheers,

Great looking B-6! Is it just me or would that material make a good Irvin jacket? A different shade of brown would be needed but the material looks like some of those early Irvin jackets.

Man I have worn this thing every day since it arrived - Melbourne has been puking up some pretty vile end of winter winds and hail the last week or so...
Kyboots you are a man of taste if you have owned one of these fastbacks...
WTF and Trapp, it truly is a great cold weather item, I just have to get some serious conditioner into the broken grain as it feels very "dry". I have a leather expert who has his own special formula, I think it is time to take it to him!
