It's a very interesting site with information on all the planes shot down/crashed/landed in denmark from 1939 to 1945.
Both allied and German.
The author also tells the story of what happened to the crews.
Lots of pictures too.

Superb site, thanks for reposting it, I hadn't noticed it the first time around.

Finally answered a question on an aircraft I've been pursuing from the 801st/492nd BG (The Carpetbaggers).

B 24DSA 40-40530 shot down at Vognbjerg near Skjern on 7/5-1944.

But you are right, it is a very interesting site.

I found out that the crew of a Mosquito that was shot down after a raid on B&W in Copenhagen in 1943 might be burried in Tveje Merløse which is about 2 km from where i live. On Flensteds site it is spelled Tvede Merløse. But i'm going to find out one day.

Surely you mean all Spitfires which crashed between 2007-2008?

Just read about this website in a Danish newspaper: www.airmen.dk made by a former teacher in history.
