Aero Style Review - Vintage (?) Catalog

I was wondering if any other FL folks ever received a Aero Style Review catalog that was first issued back in 1999-2000. I received a copy of the first issue and rediscovered it today.

It is essentially a mail order magazine (as noted in the body of the insert) that contains 24 pages of their products at the time. It does have a price list which gives a good idea as to how much their products have increased in price since then. My 1950's half belt in FQHH had a price of $577.50 exclusive of shipping or duty fees.

The publication is on heavy stock paper with a high gloss front/rear that contains numerous color photos worn by actual customers and some of the usual stock images. An interesting look back at Aero when life was a bit simpler and I was younger!

Any chance you can scan and post it?
Sorry, I don't have a scanner. To capture each page I'd have to use my camera then download/edit then upload all the images. I could provide some select pages and even the price list if that would do. The price list alone would be interesting to those that have obtained Aero jackets recently to compare then to now cost.

Thanks for taking the time to do that for us, much appreciated.
The price list makes me cry though!

Yep, thank you! Great stuff. I think that's Thunderbay on the cover, these usually fit super large due to having an entire sheep stuffed underneath. That, combined with the 90's...

Also, shearling car coat! Is that..?

No Highwayman, Half belts or Teamsters in this one, just lots of old original A2s, G1s and other similar stuff.
Looking at the prices, just remember this was 1983 :)

Interesting, about 3rd way down the price list is a 'Goodwear' shirt Listed, shame the 1960s style car coat is no longer made.
Oh yes, nearly forgot. I got a roasting for showing a picture of Will Lauder from this catalogue!!(Aero Trial topic)

This is the one side to internet shopping that isn't just so great: I miss being able to handle a nice, glossy catalgoue. Fender sent me one out during the two years I saved for my Stratocaster.... I remember looking at it over and over. If I could have eaten it, I probably would have. Still, I'm sure it's probably cheaper for companies to do a website, and it's certainly made communications and ordering a lot easier!

Old catalogues can be worth money. Eastman's old Golden Book sells for around £20 on the bay. It is really just a list of their products with a little info that even then was generally available.
I chucked 2 in the bin a few years ago, that could have been £40 towards a new Aero:eek:
