Hi. Did this ever break in for you? I just got a new Premier Highwayman a few weeks ago and also find the shoulders tight and restrict mobility. I like the way it looks though so I am kind of hoping it may get better as the leather softens.

Well, partially.

I wore it during some hot days and that helped soften it up a bit. It's still restrictive but not as uncomfortable as before - the restrictive part is as some people pointed out, due to the design of this style.
