Aero Leather Premier 30’s Half Belt

This Aero Leather Premier 30’s Half Belt made by Julie Leitch was delivered to me a couple of days ago and I like it very much.
It’s in CXL Horse Hide and despite being four years old and well broken in it still feels stiff as a board, but that is fine by me as I will mostly be wearing it on my motorcycle.
It does feel a bit dry so it will be getting conditioned and perhaps that will also give it a little more flexibility.
The sizing is very slim indeed, this is a 40 and I have a 36" chest and it still feels quite snug.
I hope to get many more years out of it and I think it will probably become my favourite jacket.

Size 40 feels snug for a 36" chest? Damn! That's pretty extreme. Fit pics?

I should probably have said snug under the arms and across the shoulders but these jackets are cut with high and slim arms.
However I wouldn’t want to have gone to a smaller size with this as I like a jacket to feel comfortable and any smaller and I would probably have felt a bit restricted in it, and I also like a bit length in the sleeves and back as I wear them on my motorcycle.
I believe Aero advise to size up on their 30’s cut jackets unless you want a very slim fit and have the physique to match!
