@Edward is right. One of the great things about the Irvin, especially if you get the right weight of fleece, is that it's incredibly flexible. I've gone out with a heavy jumper under it (one of Aero's full-fat roll-neck winter warmers) and it's a simple case of altering the zips and belt to suit as the temperature rises and falls.
