For a tough, real life Indy jacket I'd go the goat Gibson and Barnes myself. You could wear that in hell and still come up smiling. However, Edward, your point is fair. I'm in the hotel convention suite myself. I don't leave the city unless I really, really have to. I hate the outdoors.
Understood Edward. I live in a place where it is often 111 degrees. So I get needing a lighter jacket. Better than most. I have a Wested goat. It's as heavy as my G&B - about a 2.5 oz goat and a lovely leather. Problem is it isn't well made. I can't imagine passing it on to the next generation like I can with the G&B. These are heirloom jackets, like Aeros - but cheaper...
