I paid Thurston Bros for the custom specs on this Aero D-Pocket, as listed below:
—Brass hardwares
—Inner pocket on the right side (to not be on the same side as the D-Pocket)
—Cumbersome belt delete
—Sleeve zippers on the front of the sleeves (the style of the Board Racer—visually nicer and more functional)
—Brass Talon zippers for all pockets
—Red cotton lining
—The smoothest patch of Vicenza horsehide that Aero has on hand
Size, jacket laid flat:
P2P: 20.7
Shoulders: 17.3
Sleeves: 23.5
Back length: 23.25
I paid over $1,450 for the custom work and have worn it for only half a season, in cool Northern California weather. This jacket has NEVER seen rain or a drop of water. It’s just begun breaking in and this Vicenza horsehide has a long way to break-in.
$750 PayPal... basically half the price of what Aero/Thurston Bros charged.
The stitches are incredible (see pictures). Constructed by one of Aero’s best makers. The coolness melts off this jacket and the compliments are constant by both men and women. Pictures truly do little justice.
Pictures taken just this afternoon (11/4/19):
I’ve sold a bunch of jackets on TFL and I intend to continue to sell (and buy) and interact with this forum.

Thank you.
