Shoulder to shoulder: 18 in.
Collar to bottom: 23 in.
Pit to pit: 19 in.
Sleeve: 24 1/2 in.

please check its armpits. Ton's Bootlegger size 40 has armpits about 24'' if I remember correct.
Are you shure that the armpits of yours are just 19""?
Please measure them again just between the widest points under armpits when the jacket is lying plain and is a bit stretched (just a tiny bit, not very). Armpits are expected to be 22.5-23'', if they are as I expect (very hope for that!) - I'd take this beauty without hesitations.
P.S. What are man's weight and height on your fit photo above?
