Advice on fixing wear spots

Hi all - looking for some advice.

I recently bought a used Vanson Sturgis jacket. It’s in great condition except for a few wear marks. They aren’t too terrible, but definitely noticeable & I’d like to change that. What products/processes do you recommend to make them less noticeable? There are maybe 5-6 spots in different locations on the jacket, but the pic shows the worst one.

Unfortunately I think your best bet would be to match the color and paint it -- look into Angelus leather paint. Maybe reach out to Vanson and see if they can help you source the color?
